Dear Colleagues and Students,
Upon the commencement of the new academic year, all professors, students and staff members have returned to begin their new campus life. The Campus Management and Development Office is providing diversified and comprehensive services to our staff and students on campus; and would like to briefly introduce our services to you. The Office supervises four functional administrative units, namely the Construction and Facilities Maintenance Section (CFM), Electrical and Mechanical Section (EMS), Campus Services Section (CSS) and Security and Facilities Services Section (SFS).
To facilitate enquiry, the below table summarizes our key services with contacts and websites for easy reference. Alternatively, you are also welcome to call our Campus Management Hotline 8822 8700 for assistance. In addition, for the sake of providing a safe and hygienic campus environment to the UM community, deep cleaning and disinfection have been carried out for campus facilities prior to the beginning of the new academic year, hand sanitizers are also placed in lecture halls and classrooms for use.

此外，本部在開學前已為校園設施進行清潔消毒，並於演講廳及課室放置酒精搓手液供使用，開學後亦會加強課室之清潔消毒工作。務求為校內師生提供安全衛生的校園環境。
