澳門大學研究生會書法協會是致力於弘揚書法藝術及中華文化的社團。
為吸引更多志同道合的同學，我們拥有内阁及会员的协作助力，透過舉辦各類型交流活動，建立培養藝術情操、發揮特長、相互交流和增長書藝水平的平台。我們以推廣國學文化，傳承中華美德為已任。

學術部

• 策劃活動並撰寫活動申請、活動報告
• 負責活動獎品發放
• 代表進行學術交流、作品分享
• 指導並幫助活動中參與者遇到的書法問題
• 長期徵稿從學術部成員開始(亦可對會員及全校同學進行征稿)

*申請此部門的同學需具有一定的書法文化功底，有相關經驗者優先。

宣傳部

• 負責設計活動預告、活動海報等
• 活動證書、文創產品等製作印刷
• 公眾號，Instagram賬號管理，推文發佈
• 其他宣傳工作，如校園內張貼海報等

秘書部

• 負責撰寫活動宣傳文案、活動新聞雙語稿文案
• 撰寫嘉賓邀請函、會議記錄、報名表等文字工作
• 撰寫電郵並進行收發
• 進行協會財務管理，撰寫預算及活動收支報告

“Outside the mountains, there are light clouds without ink paintings, and bamboo trees are singing poetry when asked about sparse rain. Painting and calligraphy with the fragrance of flowers and birds, and calligraphy with the shadow of flowers as the moon moves.” The beauty of calligraphy lies in the form and meaning of the characters, with each stroke showcasing the wisdom of China for thousands of years.

The Calligraphy Association of the Graduate Association of the University of Macau ( undergraduate students can participate as well) is a society dedicated to promoting the art of calligraphy and Chinese culture.

To attract more students, we have the cooperation and assistance of the cabinet and members. Through organizing various types of exchange activities, we establish a platform to cultivate artistic sentiment, showcase our strengths, communicate with each other, and increase our level of calligraphy. We take promoting traditional Chinese culture and inheriting Chinese virtues as our responsibility.

Join the cabinet of the Calligraphy Association and learn valuable skills beyond calligraphy. Let’s participate in the organization and preparation of the Calligraphy Association activities together!

It doesn’t matter if you don’t understand calligraphy, we can learn together!

◇ Academic Department ◇

• Plan activities and write activity applications and reports
• Responsible for distributing event prizes
• Representatives engage in academic exchanges and work sharing
• Guide and assist participants in calligraphy issues encountered during the activities
• Long term solicitation starts with members of the academic department (and can also be conducted for members and the entire school)

* Students applying for this department must have a certain level of calligraphy cultural background, and those with relevant experience are preferred.

◇Propaganda Department ◇

• Responsible for designing event previews, posters, etc.
• Production and printing of event certificates, cultural and creative products, etc.
• Public account and Instagram account management, tweet publishing, etc.
• Other publicity work, such as posting posters on campus

◇ Secretary Department ◇

• Responsible for writing event promotional texts, bilingual press releases, etc.
• Writing guest invitations, meeting minutes, etc.
• Written work such as registration forms
• Write emails and send and receive emails
• Manage the financial affairs of the association, write budget and activity income and expenditure reports.
