各位公積金計劃成員：

茲通知宏利人壽保險(國際)有限公司  (簡稱“宏利”) 已於2023年1月30日以郵遞方式寄發「2022年公積金僱員權益報表」予已參加公積金之同事。

如　閣下於2023年2月內尚未收到該權益報表，可與下列宏利代表查詢：

如　閣下欲更改通訊地址，可透過以下方式：

  • 登入宏利網上個人帳戶 [https://www.manulife.com.hk] (建議複製此連結於Google Chrome瀏覽)，於「個人檔案」版面更新通訊地址；或
  • 填妥 “更改聯絡資料表格” (附件一) 並交到行政部人力資源處，本處將代轉交予宏利。

此外，如　閣下尚未參加且有意申請公積金計劃，請填妥 “公積金計劃申請表” (附件二) 並交回人力資源處 (N6-4018)，詳情可瀏覽行政部網頁 (Link)。

Dear Provident Fund Scheme Member,

We would like to inform that the Manulife (International) Limited (“Manulife”) has sent the “Provident Fund Employee Benefit Statement 2022” to those who have joined the provident fund scheme by post on 30 January 2023.

If you have not yet received the statement within February 2023, you may contact the following Manulife representatives for assistance.

If you would like to update the correspondence address, you can select one of the following ways:

  • Login to the Manulife’s personal account [https://www.manulife.com.hk] (suggest to copy this link to Google Chrome for browsing), and go to the “Profile” page to update the correspondence address; or
  • Complete the “Change of Contact Details Form” (Attachment 1) and send to the Human Resources Section of Office of Administration (ADMO-HRS), our Section will assist to forward the form to the Manulife.

In addition, those who have not joined and are interested to apply for the provident fund scheme, please fill in and submit the “Provident Fund Enrollment Form” (Attachment 2) to HRS (N6-4018). For further details, please visit the website of ADMO (Link).
