MOP300 澳大全運會志願者可獲豁免 Exemption for UM Sports Volunteers of National Games

證書 Certificate:
完成整個培訓可獲得由體育事務部發出的證書
To complete the training, participants will receive a certificate issued by the Office of Sports Affairs.

– 禮賓排位 Precedence of Guests
– 禮賓/公關工作人員要求 Requirements for Guest of Honor/Public Relations Staff
– 不同場合的社交禮儀 Social etiquette for different occasions
– 接待準則、禮儀、安排與注意事項 Reception protocol, etiquette, arrangements and points to note
– 接待工作中的文化差異 Cultural differences in hospitality
