Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the University will be organizing the “Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony”, to express our heartfelt appreciation to our full-time staff for their long-term commitment and contribution, as well as to recognize our administrative staff who have outstanding performance in Year 2023.

Details of the award ceremony are as follows:

Date: 9 May 2024 (Thursday)
Time: 15:00 – 17:00
Venue: University Hall (N2)
Rundown:
  • Opening Speech by the Rector
  • Presentation of Outstanding Administrative Staff Award & Most Creative Slogan Award
  • Presentation of Long Service Award (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service)

 

All colleagues are welcome to attend the ceremony to celebrate the joyous and memorable moment with the awardees. For interested colleagues (non-awardees*), please register by filling in the e-form (LINK) on or before 3 May 2024 (Friday).

* NOTE: Awardees of Long Service Award have been invited via email. As for the awardees of Outstanding Administrative Staff Award, a separate invitation email and e-form will be sent out in due course.
