HKBU Intellectual Property Forum 2024 – 「Can AI be the Master of Creation?」
Many people use AI for creative purposes, but is AI-driven creation an opportunity or a challenge for the field of intellectual property? This is a worth exploring question That’s why the theme of this year’s Forum is “Can AI be the Master of Creation?” The event invited experts from various fields, including solicitors from the Intellectual Property Department of the HKSAR Government and law firm, and HKBU’s professors, to discuss the future and challenges of intellectual property in the AI era.

很多人都會用人工智慧（AI）來進行創作，但AI創作對知識產權領域來說是機遇還是挑戰呢？這是一個值得深入探討的問題。今年香港浸會大學知識產權研討會的主題是“Can AI be the Master of Creation？”活動邀請了來自香港特別行政區政府知識產權署和業界的律師， 連同浸會大學的教授等，與大家一起討論AI時代智慧財產權的未來和挑戰。
