為鼓勵校友以不同方式回饋母校，以及讓在校學生有更多與社會接觸的機會，自2009年起，校友及發展辦公室與生涯發展中心合辦推出「友生啟導計劃」（計劃）。

計劃由工作三年或以上的校友擔任導師，並根據專業領域、興趣愛好等指標為校友導師與學員進行配對。透過參與計劃推出的不同活動，讓導師能與學弟妹分享其寶貴的人生經驗和職場經歷，以發揚及實踐「友生精神」。

今屆計劃自去年9月起開展，為超過80名校友及學生進行配對。計劃期間組織了多元的活動為校友導師及學員提供交流平台，促進友生關係，當中包括開幕禮暨茶聚、參觀澳門海關、龍鬚糖製作工作坊及結業禮。計劃透過不同的活動加深友生們對彼此的瞭解，並從中收穫了一段亦師亦友的珍貴情誼。

To encourage alumni to give back to their Alma Mater while creating opportunities for students to learn more about society, the Alumni and Development Office and the Career Development Centre have jointly launched the “Alumni Mentorship Scheme” (scheme) since 2009.

The scheme requires alumni who have at least 3 years of experience to act as mentors, and to match with current students based on their backgrounds and interests. By participating the activities organized during the period, it allows mentors to share their valuable work and life experiences with the mentees, as well as promote and put in practice the “mentor-mentee spirit”.

For the batch started in September 2024, over 80 alumni and students were paired up. Various activities were held to provide a platform for mentors and mentees to exchange ideas and promote friendship, including the Opening Ceremony with Tea Reception, visit the Customs of Macao SAR, Dragon’s Beard Candy Making Workshop, and the Closing Ceremony. The scheme’s activities helped develop a deeper understanding between mentors and mentees, creating a precious relationship as mentors and friends.
