第十五屆全國運動會將於2025年由廣東、香港、澳門共同承辦，全國運動會是全國水平最高、規模最大的大型綜合性運動會。期望藉著籌辦本屆全運會，對進一步推動本澳體育事業發展，助力經濟適度多元發展具有重大意義。同時，也熱切期待社會各界踴躍參與，並感謝首批合作伙伴的政府部門、綜合度假休閒企業、大專院校以及社團的支持。

新一輪澳門賽區志願者招募將於2025年3月6-10日進行，歡迎各位教職員及同學踴躍報名，凝聚志願服務力量，為第十五屆全國運動會澳門賽區的順利舉辦提供堅實支持，呈現一屆“簡約、安全、精彩”的全運盛會。

報名者經被核實資料後，可參加全運會澳區組委會聯同合作伙伴在不同階段舉辦的各類型培訓課程及活動，為投入志願者工作做好準備。

培訓

經核實資料的申請人須接受培訓，完成培訓後，評核良好將成為澳門賽區志願者。

申請條件

• 2007年或之前出生之人士；
• 自願參加第十五屆全運會澳門賽區志願者服務；
• 能夠參加賽前培訓及相關活動；
• 申請人應具備基本的普通話交流能力。

2025年3月6日至2025年3月10日

志願者培訓 

• 培訓時間: 2025年
• 培訓: 需於指定時間內完成由組委會或培訓合作伙伴提供的培訓，如申請人不在澳門，相關理論課程可以線上進行。
• 理論培訓：澳門歷史文化、志願者服務基礎知識及全運會概況等；
• 實踐培訓：由澳門大學及組委會提供的活動實踐。

The 15th National Games will be jointly hosted by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao in 2025. The National Games is the highest level and largest comprehensive sports event in the country. It is hoped that by organizing this National Games, it will be of great significance to further promote the development of sports in Macao and help moderately diversify the economy.

 

The recruitment period for volunteers in the Macao Division is from 6-10 Mar. All staff and students are welcome to sign up enthusiastically, gather volunteer service strength, and provide a solid support for the smooth holding of the 15th National Games Macao Division, presenting a “simple, safe, and wonderful” National Games event.

After the application information has been verified, applicants can participate in various training courses and activities organized by the National Games Macao Organizing Committee and partners at different stages to prepare for volunteer work. A series of volunteer training, including mentor training, volunteer theoretical and practical training. After volunteers complete the relevant training, they will be arranged to participate in large-scale competitions and activities for on-the-job practice.

Application Requirements:

• Born in or before 2007;
• Volunteer to participate in volunteer service in the Macao Division of the 15th National Games;
• Able to participate in pre-competition training and related activities;
• Should have basic Mandarin communication skills.

Volunteer training

Training time: 2025

The applicant should complete the training provided by the Organizing Committee or the training partner within the specified period of time. The relevant theory course can be conducted online if the applicant is not in Macao.

Theoretical training:

Macao history and culture, basic knowledge of volunteer services and the National Games overview, etc.;

Practical training:

Activity practice provided by the University of Macau and the organizing committee.
