UM App: Launch of new services (Apr-2025)
UM App: 新服務推出簡介 (2025年四月)
Dear colleagues and students,
We are pleased to announce that a new version of the UM App has been released. This update aims to enhance the user experience, including upgraded features, two new services, and one upcoming service.
| Upgraded Feature | Enhanced Campus Card Display * | The visual quality of campus cards has been enhanced, ensuring clearer and brighter displays. For details, please visit webpage of ICTO. |
| Shortcut for QR Access * | Shortcut for QR Access has been implemented. Users can simply long-press the “UM App” icon  to open the shortcut. For details, please visit webpage of ICTO. |

| Improved Accessibility * | Continuously improving the accessibility of screen reader by providing mobile screen reading support in both Chinese and English, enhancing button reading features, and minimizing repetitive information. | |
| Jabber Integration * (for staff only) |
Jabber has been integrated into the phonebook, simplifying communication with colleagues. For details, please visit webpage of ICTO. | |
| New Service | Course Add/Drop | This service allows undergraduate students to submit course add/drop requests and view the results. For details, please visit webpage of Registry. |
| Suggestion Submission System | This service allows staff and students to submit suggestions with mobile interface. For details, please visit the bulletin. | |
| Upcoming Service | Pre-enrolment (will be launched on 23rd April) |
This service allows undergraduate students to perform pre-enrolment. For details, please visit webpage of Registry. |

You can search University of Macau in App Store or Google Play to download and install the UM App.
Feedback on UM App
We welcome all users to provide feedback through the “feedback” icon available in the app. Your valuable input helps us improve the UM App.
