Library News — Access to QuestionPro Online Survey Platform

圖書館消息 -- QuestionPro 線上問卷調查平台開放使用

Dear staff and students,

The Library is pleased to announce that QuestionPro, a newly subscribed online survey platform , is now available to all current UM staff and students. The University’s subscription to QuestionPro is valid until 30 June 2026.

Users can apply for a QuestionPro account by following the steps outlined in the QuestionPro User Guide. After applying for an account, users can log in to QuestionPro using their UMPASS credentials at https://umac.questionpro.com.au. QuestionPro offers comprehensive documentation to guide users through survey creation and distribution.

On the other hand, as the University’s subscription to Qualtrics, another subscribed only survey platform, will end on 31 December 2025, current Qualtrics users are strongly encouraged to migrate their existing surveys and collected data to QuestionPro as early as possible to prevent data loss and ensure a seamless transition. To support this process, the Library has prepared a step-by-step tutorial to assist with migrating from Qualtrics to QuestionPro.

To support users in getting started with QuestionPro efficiently, the vendor will conduct a training workshop in September. The Library will release the full schedule once it is finalized.

親愛的職員和學生: 

圖書館很高興向大家宣佈新訂購的線上問卷調查平台QuestionPro現已開放予澳大在職員工及在讀學生使用，QuestionPro的訂購有效期至2026年6月30日。

用戶可按照《QuestionPro使用指南》的指引申請帳戶。申請帳號後，用戶可連結至https://umac.questionpro.com.au 並使用UMPASS帳號登入QuestionPro。QuestionPro提供完整的使用說明文件，協助用戶進行問卷創建與發佈。

另一方面，由於另一線上問卷調查平台Qualtrics平台的訂購期將於2025年12月31日終止，現有Qualtrics用戶請儘早將現有的調查問及收集到的數據遷移至QuestionPro平台，以避免數據遺失並確保順利過渡。為協助用戶完成遷移，本館已準備詳細的操作指南。

為協助使用者更有效率地開始使用 QuestionPro，供應商將於九月舉辦一場培訓工作坊，圖書館將在課程時間表確定後公布詳情。
