詳情 | 因網絡設備出現異常,部分對外資訊服務由下午1時30分起出現緩慢甚至一度中斷。由於天氣惡劣導致道路情況極度不穩,工作人員未能於短時間內回校修復。經考慮安全因素後,工作人員於下午5時30分返抵校園將該設備手動切換至備用機,並通知廠商進行後續處理。隨後,所有對外資訊服務已恢復正常。 |
受影響用戶 | 透過互聯網訪問大學的對外服務(需要UMPASS登錄) ; 在校用戶連接互聯網的訪問則不受影響。 |

Details | Due to an abnormality in the network equipment, certain external information services were slow or even interrupted from 1:30pm. Due to extremely unstable road conditions caused by bad weather, colleague was unable to return to campus for repair in a short time. After considering safety factors, colleague returned to campus at 5:30pm manually switched the equipment to the backup unit, and notified the manufacturer for follow-up processing. Afterwards, all external information services have been resumed. |
