How to Make a Reservation at UM Guest House (UM Student)
如何預訂聚賢樓 (澳大學生)
各位同學：
澳大學生現可直接在網上申請聚賢樓客房。申請時請簡單說明訪客到訪目的，如參與大學活動、親友探訪等。而同學因學術、研究或特殊需要亦可申請入住。
申請流程簡單快捷，只需登錄並填寫聚賢樓的網上申請表，確認客人入住相關資料無誤後即可提交。學生資源處收到申請後會盡快處理，並以電子郵件通知您預訂確認。
- 聚賢樓申請表 (澳大學生)
為了確保住宿安排順利，請您在預計入住日期前至少三 (3) 個工作日提交網上申請表及相關文件至學生資源處。由於房源有限，請注意所有申請以先到先得為原則，可能無法完全配合您的需求，請您盡早規劃。另外，若您需要更改或取消預訂，請申請人務必在客人入住前至少三 (3) 個工作日通知學生資源處，否則需要支付相當於一 (1) 晚房費的特殊費用。

Dear UM students,
UM students can now easily apply for accommodations at the UM Guest House directly online. When applying, please briefly state the purpose of the visitor’s stay, such as participating in University activity, family and friend visit, etc. Students may also apply for accommodation due to academic, research, or special needs.
The application process is simple and quick, just log in, fill out the online UM Guest House application form and verify the guest’s check-in related information before submitting. The Student Resources Section will process your application promptly and notify the reservation confirmation via email.
To ensure smooth accommodation arrangements, please submit the online application form and relevant documents to the Student Resources Section at least three (3) working days before the expected check-in date. Due to limited room availability, please note that the application will be processed on a first-come first-served basis, we may not be able to fully meet your needs. Therefore, we recommend planning ahead to secure your preferred dates. Additionally, if you need to amend or cancel the reservation, the applicant must notify the Student Resources Section at least three (3) working days before the guest’s check-in date. Otherwise, a special charge equivalent to one (1) night’s room rate will be applied.
