Virtual Desktop Service Upgrade
虛擬桌面服務更新
Dear Users,
The new Windows version, along with updated software, has officially launched on the Virtual Desktop.
Starting today, you can access it on the Virtual desktop using the existing “Admin Horizon Client” icon for an enhanced user experience.
Highlights of software upgrades are included:

Important Note:
- Users of either Lotus Notes 8.5.3 or HCL Notes 14 are supported.
- Before using Notes Client in the Admin Virtual Desktop, please ensure that your personal folder (H:) contains either a “HCL” or “Lotus” folder. If not, a one-time setup is required. Please follow the instructions in the FAQ below:
