Dear Users,

To provide a better login experience, the 2FA authentication login interface will be upgraded from the Duo Traditional Prompt to the Duo Universal Prompt on September 21, 2025 (Sunday), at 10:30 AM.

The upgraded login interface will deliver a more streamlined and user-friendly experience, while also enhancing system security and usability, offering better protection for your account.

No action is required prior to the upgrade, and you can continue to use Duo Mobile application as usual.

After the upgrade, the system will prompt you to confirm your device when you approve a two-factor authentication (2FA) login for the first time. Please click “Yes” to verify that this is your registered device.

在升級前,您無需進行任何操作,仍可照常使用 Duo Mobile 應用程式。
升級完成後,當您首次核准 2FA 登入時,系統將要求您確認當前裝置。請點選 「是」,以確認該裝置為您已註冊的設備。
