Third place: ZHANG GENYUAN 張根源 (FSS/MLC)

UM Track and Field Team won third place in the “2025 National Day and World Walking Day Fun Run”

The 2025 National Day and World Walking Day Fun Run, organised by the Sports Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, was successfully held on 1 October at the Lotus Square. The annual event aimed to celebrate National Day while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through community participation in walking and running activities.

UM Track and Field Team member ZHANG GENYUAN 張根源 (FSS/MLC), he completed the race in an impressive time of ​8:09 (8 minutes and 9 seconds), earning him ​third place overall.
