【活動報名】心理健康工作坊 - 靜觀體驗,減壓助考
小組目的:讓學員體驗靜觀(Mindfulness)的練習,最近幾十年已有超過160項研究發現靜觀練習對於處理失眠、減壓、減低焦慮情緒及疼痛等身心困擾功效顯著,靜觀可以提高覺察力,免於我們困在一些習慣已久的情緒反應及喋喋不休的思維中,讓學員能回到此時此刻,在緊張的考試週找回內在平靜,用更好的狀態迎接挑戰。
內容包括:講解靜觀、身體掃描及靜觀體驗分享

Overview: Over the past few decades, more than 160 studies have found that mindfulness practice is significantly effective in dealing with insomnia, reducing stress, alleviating anxiety, and managing pain. Mindfulness helps participants return to the present moment, experiencing the overlooked beauty of life, connecting with body and mind to handle the stress in the examination period.
Content: To experience mindfulness practice and body scan
