課程分為四個班級,每班各10堂 ,於九月至十一月期間分別於每週二和每週五的08:30-09:30及13:00-14:00上課。

The Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) successfully launched “Baduanjin” Interest Course to promote this ancient Chinese health practice. It allows participants to experience various benefits, including improved balance, coordination, strength, and overall well-being.

The course is divided into 4 classes, each consisting of 10 sessions. Classes are held from September to November, every Tuesday and Friday from 08:30 to 09:30 and 13:00 to 14:00 at the UM Sports Complex.
