The 2025 UM Campus Run, co-organized by Office of Sports Affairs (OSA), Alumni and Development Office (ADO) and UMSU Track and Field Club, had attracted over 1,000 UM members (staff, students, alumni and family members) to participate.

The activity is divided into two events: Walking (1.5km) and Running Competition (2km or 4km).  This year, the “Funny Costume Award” & “Team Participation with the Most Enthusiastic Award” are being set for walking participants in order to increase the joy and vitality of the atmosphere. 

After the opening ceremony, the walking event was kicked off by Vice Rector (Student Affairs) Prof. Mok Kai Meng and other invited officiating guests, followed by 2K and 4K running events.   

Besides, the 2025 UM Sports Fest (27 Sep to 19 Oct) was also being ended on the same day.  In order to show our sincere thanks to the co-organizers (8 UMSU sports sub-clubs and UM Staff Sports Clubs), appreciation certificates were being presented to them during the activity. 

It is hoped that through this event, UM members can feel the joyful and festive atmosphere, so as to promote the healthy living style, to display the integration of culture and healthy campus life.

Including OSA colleagues, Members from UMSU Track and Field Club and UM Sports Volunteers, we have over 100 working personnel in order to make this event a successful one.  Let’s share the awardee list, activity photos and video.
