Library Notice — Termination of Qualtrics Service Starting 1 January 2026
圖書館通告 -- Qualtrics 將於2026年1月1日起停止服務
Dear UM Qualtrics Users,
This is the final reminder regarding the termination of Qualtrics at UM. As previously announced in two notices from the University Library (see Notice 1 and Notice 2), Qualtrics will no longer be available starting 1 January 2026.
To prevent data loss, we strongly advise all current Qualtrics users to take the following actions promptly:
- Back Up Your Data: Please export and securely archive the surveys and data from Qualtrics by 23:59 on January 2, 2026. After this deadline, access to Qualtrics will be disabled, and all surveys and data will become irretrievable.
- Migrate to QuestionPro: Current UM staff and students can apply for a QuestionPro account and migrate their Qualtrics surveys and data to QuestionPro. Relevant guidelines are available below:

為避免任何資料遺失,圖書館強烈建議現時Qualtrics用戶儘快採取以下行動:
- 備份您的資料:請於2026 年 1 月 2 日 23:59前,從 Qualtrics 匯出並妥善保存所有問卷和數據。逾期後,Qualtrics 將無法登入,所有問卷及數據將無法取回。
- 遷移至 QuestionPro:澳大在職員工及在學學生可申請 QuestionPro 帳戶,並可將Qualtrics問卷及數據遷移至QuestionPro。相關指引如下:
