New e-bulletin system has been launched

Dear colleagues

The new e-bulletin board system has been launched on 2023-01-09 (Monday). On 2023-01-10 (Tuesday), UMToday will officially show the bulletins of the new system. Lotus Notes can no longer be used to announce new bulletins. Please use the new system to issue the new bulletins.

The new system covers new features and enhancements, including:

  • Easy access and announcing bulletins with browsers
  • Draft and scheduling
  • Attractive design
  • Mobile friendly
  • Better department website integration
  • Permission control
