University of Macau Student Organization Awards Year 2025-26

I.   Objectives

• To recognize the achievements and contributions of student organizations in the academic year 2025-2026.
• To enhance the recognition of exemplary student activities/organizations.
• To encourage student organizations to actively implement more innovation.
• To arouse student organizations to generate more innovative ideas for activities and self-improvement.
• To nurture diverse campus culture and students’ self-development.

2. Best Student Activity Award
3. Favorite Student Organization Award
4. Favorite Student Activity Award

III. Prizes
Prize for each award includes a certificate and MOP 1,000 cash coupon.

Timeline:

Mar 21-31	Open for application
Apr 16-26	Online voting
Apr 15	Presentation to Judging Panel
Apr 27	Result announcement
Apr 29	Awards Presentation Ceremony

 

Remarks: Applicants have to prepare a 4-minute presentation for the judging panel. The exact presentation time will be announced on or before 10 April 2026.

 

V. Eligibility and rules

• All activities organized by student organizations of UMSU or UMPA in the 2025/2026 academic year.
• Activities organized from 1 April 2025 to 31 Mar 2026 are eligible for application.
• Results of Awards #1 and Award #2 will be generated from the Judging Panel.
• Results of Award #3 and Award #4 will be generated by Online Voting.
• Student Organizations can ONLY use 1 of their activities to apply for 1 award.
