 UM Dragon Boat Team got the 1st Runner-Up at 2026 Hengqin Second “Longtaitou” Small Dragon Invitational Tournament

The 2026 Hengqin Second “Longtaitou” Small Dragon Invitational Tournament was held from 20-22 Mar. This event was guided by the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin 橫琴粵澳深度合作區民生事務局 and organized by Zhuhai Hengqin Yicheng Gewen Culture and Sports Development Co., Ltd 珠海橫琴意誠格物文體發展有限公司. The competition consisted of three categories: Open, Women’s, and University, bringing together around 40 teams from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao to compete. UM Dragon Boat Team sent a total of 14 members to participate. With outstanding performances, the team secured first place in the 200m and third place in the 100m in the university category, ultimately finishing as the 1st runner-up in the university category based on overall points.
