Reading goes beyond turning pages, and the library is more than a place for storing knowledge.
During UM Library Week 2026, the University of Macau Library warmly invites students, staff, and the public to take part in a reading celebration themed “Into the Future Pages, Together We Read.” Through book exchange activities, workshops, booth games, and collective reading events, we connect print and digital media, humanities and technology, tradition and innovation, making reading a tangible, engaging, and shareable life experience.
Reading should not be confined to textbooks and lecture notes; it should also grow freely beyond the curriculum. UM Library Week 2026 is an invitation to rediscover the joy of reading and to explore new horizons of knowledge.
