獎學金指引-適用於參加2025/2026學年對外交流計劃的學士學位課程學生 (須於8月18日前遞交成績證明)
2025/2026學年曾參與對外交流計劃的本科生如何取得獎學金甄選資格?
如你在 2025/2026 學年的其中一個學期或整學年曾參與對外交流計劃（不包括聯合培養計劃），請你仔細閱讀本次獎學金指引，並遵照相關規定，以爭取2025/2026學年本科生獎學金甄選資格。
申辦時間與方法：
- 相關同學須於 2026 年 8 月 18 日 或之前把「對外交流學業成續單」發送至所屬學院；
- 送出時請在內容中註明：「參與學生事務部獎學金甄選」；
- 同時請附上本公告欄的連結。
沒有參與對外交流計劃的同學無須遞交任何文件，獎學金將按照學生的成績分配。

How can students who joined the outgoing exchange programme in the academic year
2025/2026 be considered for the undergraduate scholarship selection?
If you are an undergraduate student who participated in exchange programme(s) in one semester or both semesters during the 2025/2026 academic year (excluding the Collaborative Programmes), please read the scholarship guidelines carefully and follow the relevant requirements to be considered for the scholarship selection for the academic year.
Submission deadline and method:
- Please send your academic transcript for the exchange programme(s) to your faculty on or before 18 August 2026;
- When submitting the transcript, please clearly indicate in the message/subject: “Participation in SAO Scholarship Selection”;
- Please also include the link of this e-bulletin to the message.
For students who did not participate in any exchange programmes, NO documents are required. Scholarships will be allocated to eligible students according to their GPA.
The scholarships mentioned in this notice and the guidelines are selected based on students’ year academic performance. The scholarship list/details can be found on the Student Affairs Office website.
