全球傳播新秩序已經悄然建立。新技術與新媒體改變著人類的傳播方式和體驗，人工智能的快速發展和應用為傳播帶來新的危機與機會，也為全球傳播新秩序的形成提供了新的思路和動力。對過去的總結、對現在的認知和對未來的展望是思考全球傳播新秩序的三個維度，“歷史”為我們提供經驗和沉澱，“現在”展示了社會現實多元而複雜的形態，而“未來”則承載了人們的期望與社會發展的可能性。在這個交叉點，以實現具有新思想和新方法的傳播，亟需跨學科的獨到見解與深入思考。亞太傳播交流協會、亞太傳播論壇聯盟（澳門）與澳門大學澳門研究中心合辦 “亞太傳播論壇2023” 並以”全球傳播新秩序：歷史、現在與未來”為主題，邀請了相關領域的就議題進行學術交流。

The new order of global communication has been emerging quietly. New technologies and AI media are changing the way and experience of human communication. The rapid development and wide application of artificial intelligence offer both crisis and opportunities. They also provide new ideas and impetus for the formation of a new global communication order. Summarizing the past, recognizing the present and looking forward to the future are the three dimensions of thinking about the new order of global communication. “History” provides us with experience and precipitation. “Present” shows the diverse and complex form of social reality, and “Future” carries people’s expectations and the possibility of social development. Asia-Pacific Communication Exchange Association; Asia-Pacific Communication Forum Alliance (Macao) and Centre for Macau Studies, University of Macau co-organize the “Asia-Pacific Communication Forum 2023” with the theme of “New Order of Global Communication: History, Present and Future”, scholars in related areas are invited to have academic exchange on related topics.
