Rate

The hourly rate will be MOP48 for general duties and MOP66 for technical duties, depending on the nature of tasks assigned and our need.

Key office administrative duties

• Assisting in events or activities organization
• Counter reception and handling of enquiries
• Produce, update and maintain website
• Translation and/or interpretation
• Assist in design and event promotion tasks, e.g. producing event poster and promotional materials, promoting faculty activities on social media such as WeChat, etc.
• Assist in events or activities organization, e.g. news
  writing, photo-taking, serving as MC, etc.
• Other administrative tasks assigned

Requirements

• UM Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students (Priority will be given to Year 1 students)
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin speaker
• Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant work experience, MC skill, news writing, knowledge in SPSS/Eviews/STATA/Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/WordPress, managing accounts of WeChat, Facebook, Instagram and/or other platforms, or relevant experience and skills can be an advantage subject to the need of the Faculty and/or Departments
• With positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
