To ensure the continued security and reliability of the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) service, this is a notice from ICTO regarding a required application update:

In response to a required global security certificate update for Duo Mobile, all users are required to update the Duo Mobile application on their mobile devices at least to version 4.85.0 or greater by 31 January 2026. (Recommend to use the latest version)

Steps to check your version: 

If the update is not completed on time, your device will no longer be able to:

• Receive login push notifications (Duo Push)
• Use related online management functions

Please note: The primary impact of this update is on the Duo Push. Users who log in using a passcode or a hardware security token will remain unaffected.

Please update the App through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) at your earliest convenience.
