A delegation from the Administrative Affairs Bureau of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone and the Zhuhai Archives visited the University of Macau Archives

橫琴粵澳深度合作區行政事務局與珠海市檔案館一行訪問澳門大學檔案館

Zhang Ligang, Deputy Director of the Administrative Affairs Bureau of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, and Bai Yan, Director of Zhuhai Archives, visited the University of Macau on September 7, 2023, and were warmly received by Annie Chan, Director of Office of Administration of the University of Macau, and Wu Jianzhong, Librarian of UM.

On behalf of the University of Macau, Annie Chan delivered a welcome speech and introduced the latest situation of the University, looking forward to the strengthening of cooperation between the two parties in administrative affairs and archives management in the future. Zhang Ligang expressed his gratitude to UM for its continued support to the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, and hoped to strengthen exchanges and cooperation through this visit, so as to promote the mutual development of both parties. Wu Jianzhong, Bai Yan, and heads from both parties had in-depth exchanges on issues such as archives and library work, information management, scholars page construction, and service innovation. After the meeting, the guests visited the UM Gallery, Museum of Arts, Rare Books Collection, UM Scholars Collection, Manuscript Corner and the UM Archives.

Participants of the meeting also included: Huang He (Deputy Director of the Zhuhai Archives), Zhang Dingxin (Officer of from the Zhuhai Archives), Li Feifei and Huang Kaimei (Deputy Director of the Cultural and Telecommunications Department of the Administrative Affairs Bureau, Wu Xinyi and Zhang Jinwen (Chief officers of the Archives Development and Management Section of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee Office), Lu Songling (Chief officer of the Cultural and Telecommunications Department of the Administrative Affairs Bureau), Ye Jing (Staff of the Cultural and Telecommunications Department of the Administrative Affairs Bureau), Michelle Loi (Functional Head of the Human Resources Section of the University of Macau), Wilson Hoi and Stephen Lei (Functional Heads of the University of Macau Library), Stephanie Song (Library Officer of the University of Macau), and Suki Chong (Senior Administrative Assistant of the University of Macau Library).

橫琴粵澳深度合作區行政事務局副局長張立剛﹑珠海市檔案館館長拜燕一行于2023年9月7日上午來訪澳門大學，獲澳門大學圖書館館長吳建中﹑行政總監陳麗明的熱情接待。

陳麗明總監代表澳門大學致歡迎辭，同時介紹了澳大最新情况，並期待雙方日後在行政事務及檔案管理方面加强合作。張立剛副局長表示感謝澳大一直以來對橫琴粵澳深度合作區的支持，希望通過是次參訪加强交流與合作，促進雙方的共同發展。吳建中館長、拜燕館長以及雙方主管就檔案館和圖書館工作、信息化管理﹑學者庫建設以及服務創新等議題進行了深入交流。會後一行人參觀了大學展館﹑藝術博物館﹑古籍館﹑澳大人文庫﹑手稿坊及檔案館。

出席會議人員包括珠海市檔案館副館長黃河、辦公室主任張鼎鑫，行政事務局文電處副處長李菲菲、黃凱梅，珠海市委辦檔案發展和管理科主任科員伍信誼、張晋文，行政事務局文電處主任科員盧松齡、工作人員葉靜，澳門大學人力資源處事務主管雷美婷，澳門大學圖書館事務主管許偉達、李仲明，圖書館主任宋淑芳、高級行政助理鍾淑怡。
