Digital Scholarship Workshop: “Scholars Page Construction and Service Model in the University of Macau”

Dear academic staff,

A workshop on “Scholars Page Construction and Service Model in the University of Macau” will be held on 25 October 2023. This workshop is designed to introduce and delve into the functionalities and structure of the UM Scholars Page, and to explore how to fully utilize this platform for showcasing scholars’ research achievements, fostering academic collaboration, and managing and analyzing research outcomes.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

  1. The role and importance of the Scholars Page and its contribution to the AAR (Academic Achievement Report);
  2. Obtaining Google Scholar citation data and Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI).
  3. Data interaction between the Scholars Page and Scopus;
  4. Basic operations including record submission, claim and cancellation of claim.
