Student Affairs Office organizes a general briefing for students who are interested in joining the 2023 summer programme. Details about application, sponsorship and important dates will be discussed.  will be provided.

1.Visit our Summer Programme website and find out which programme you are interested.

2.Attend our General Briefing to receive more information about application and sponsorship.

During Application

During Application

1.Once you have decided which programme you would like to participate, you may apply through the application link  on our homepage. The link will be avaialble on our website on February 6 ,2023.
2.Application period: February 6 to 28, 2023
3.Contact your Faculty directly if you would like to earn transfer credits from the host university. Complete the learning agreement before departure.
4. The result will be announced on March 6 through E-Bulletin and email. If you are eligible to receive sponsorship from SAO, you will be informed through email on March 6.

1.Confirm your participation with SAO by submitting the required documents through the confirmation link sent by SAO.
2.Students who did not submit the confirmation to SAO before deadline (March 15) will not be considered.
3.SAO coordinators will provide advices to you regarding the application with the Host University. You will either have to submit the official application direclty to the Host University OR to SAO (depends on the programme you applied) and pay the tuition fees before deadline.

1.Once you received the official offer from the host University, please start to apply for your travel/student visa (if needed), reserve accommodation wtih the host university, plan your trip and purchase travel insurance.

2.Students who participate in Face-to-Face programme are required to join the pre-departure briefing organized by SAO.

1.All participants will need to complete the online survey provided by SAO.
2.For students who receive Smart Point, RC or University Team sponsorship, a trip report together with relevant documents are required in order to claim the sponsorship.

Students who have the highest amount of Smart Points
2. Members nominated by University Teams and SAO Programmes
Campus Training Programme, Cultural and Arts U Teams, House Tutors, Peer Support
Programme, Sports U Teams, Stage Management Programme, Student Leadership Training Programme and UM Volunteer Programme
3. Residential College Outstanding students nominated by individual Residential College
