Dear Students,

The Human Resources Section of the Office of Administration is now inviting applications for student trainee(s). Please refer to the following for more details:

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to general counter service;
  • Assist in data input, filing documents and logistical arrangements for meetings;
  • Issue UM campus cards;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Year 1 or 2 students are preferred;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
  • Strong responsibility and positive working attitude.

Other Particulars

Service Time:

Monday to Friday (at least 10 hours weekly)

Hourly Rate:

MOP 48 per hour

Location:

Human Resources Section, Office of Administration (N6, Administration Building, 4th Floor)
