The 2023 UM Campus Run, co-organized by Office of Sports Affairs (OSA), Alumni and Development Office (ADO) and UMSU Track and Field Club, had attracted over 700 UM members (staff, students, alumni and family members) to participate.

The activity is divided into two events: Walking (2km) and Running Competition (2km or 4km). This year, Funny Costume Award & Team Participation with the Most Enthusiastic Award are newly added for walking participants to compete, in order to increase the joy and vitality of the atmosphere.

After the opening ceremony, the walking event was kicked off by Vice Rector (Students) Prof. Mok Kai Meng and Sports Team Honorary Advisor Ms. Yang Yilin.

It is hoped that through this event, UMers can feel the joyful and festive atmosphere, to promote the healthy living style, and to display the integration of culture and healthy campus life.

Including OSA colleagues, Members from UMSU Track and Field Club and UM Sports Volunteers, we have over 100 working personnel in order to make this event a successful one.
