為你的第一份工作做好準備

Congratulations! You have got your first job after putting effort in job searching. What should you pay attention to before starting your first job?

• Get to know the vision and mission of your company, make sure you are in line with the development of your company.
• Learn from your senior colleagues, their experience can help you in your work. Be open to advice and constructive criticism from your colleagues, their advice can help you in your develop.
• Re-evaluate yourself and adapt to your new role, don’t set your own standards from a student’s point of view.

• 了解公司的願景及使命，確保自己與公司的發展同步。
