想更有效為自己的將來發展作抉擇,可從瞭解自己開始。本中心將舉辦一場「四合一」工作坊,協助參加者全方位了解自己。
透過工作坊,參加者可探索四個與生涯規劃息息相關的要素,即個人性格、價值觀、推動技能和就業興趣來規劃未來。詳情如下:

1. 透過Personal Style Inventory (PSI)測試,從而了解自己的性格特徵; 2. 透過使用卡片工具,釐清以下三個與生涯規劃息息相關的要素

We (Career Development Centre, SAO) will organize a workshop to help participants explore 4 factors – personality, values, motivational skills, and career interest – that play an important role in career planning.
