簡介:在大學裡學習領導力、思辨力,這些能力固然重要,其實還有一項能力同樣重要,那就是好眠力,也許你想好好睡一覺,但卻始終不得其法?透過這個講座,你可以掌握好睡的秘訣。

目的:認識睡眠的重要性、打破睡眠迷思,教導睡眠衛生並為失眠而感到困擾的同學提供適切的幫助

Introduction: While it is important to learn leadership and critical thinking in college, the ability of developing good sleep is equally important. Through this seminar, you can master the skills to enter a good sleep.

Objective: To help students better understand the importance of sleep, to reveal the myth of sleep, to teach sleep hygiene and to provide useful instructions for students troubled by insomnia.
