親愛的同學及同事：

新春將至，預祝大家新年進步、身體健康！於農曆新年假期期間，謹提醒各位在離開辦公室及宿舍前做好以下安保措施：

  • 　把窗簾關上及鎖好門窗；
  • 　盡量避免存放貴重物品於辦公室及宿舍內；
  • 　離開前請關掉所有電器產品電源。

With approach of the Chinese New Year, we wish you a prosperous and healthy New Year. For the sake of security, please take note of the following reminder before leaving office or hostel for the CNY holidays:

  • Keep the curtains, windows and doors locked/closed before leaving;
  • Avoid leaving any valuable items in the office/apartment/dormitory;
  • Switch off all electrical devices before leaving.
