Rate

The hourly rate will be MOP48 for general duties and MOP66 for technical duties, depending on the nature of tasks assigned and our need.

Key office administrative duties

• Assisting in events or activities organization
• Counter reception and handling of enquiries
• Website production, update and maintenance
• Translation and/or interpretation
• Assisting in design and event promotion tasks, e.g. producing event poster and promotional materials, promoting faculty activities on social media such as WeChat, e.g. news writing etc.
• Assisting in events or activities organization, e.g. photo-taking, serving as MC, etc.
• Other administrative tasks assigned

Requirements

• UM Undergraduate (Priority will be given to Year 1 students) and Postgraduate Students
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin speaker
• Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant work experience, MC skill, news writing, photography, knowledge in Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/WordPress/R language/PC trobleshooting/software installation, managing accounts of WeChat, Facebook, Instagram and/or other platforms, or relevant experience and skills can be an advantage subject to the need of the Faculty and/or Departments
• With positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
