澳大持續進修中心、工商管理學院商業研究及培訓中心再次與澳門教育及青年發展局合辦 “澳門青年專業發展計劃”國情區情培訓 — 本地企業優青綜合管理提昇班
為凝聚在澳企業及內地機構的力量，營造共同推動青年專業發展的氛圍，同時為澳門青年提供專業成長的機會，積極助力青年融入國家發展大局，教育及青年發展局持續開展“澳門青年專業發展計劃”，2024年邀請了十間企業參與，並由企業挑選及推薦共30名澳門優秀青年員工參加。
“澳門青年專業發展計劃”分為三個階段，包括國情區情培訓、外出跟崗學習和內地進階培訓。首階段國情區情培訓已於早前順利完成，培訓以脫產形式進行，由教青局與澳大持續進修中心及工商管理學院商業研究及培訓中心合辦。培訓內容包括了解中葡關係中澳門的角色與定位、橫琴粵澳深度合作區政策、“1+4”發展與觀望、大數據與管理、傳統與新興行業比較、危機管理與媒體公關應對、粵港澳大灣區政策等；同時，還安排了學員參觀智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室、珠海澳大科技研究院和珠海市迪奇孚瑞生物科技有限公司。開幕禮由教青局副局長黃嘉祺、澳大副校長徐建和持續進修中心主任兼工商管理學院商業研究及培訓中心主任劉丁己教授主禮。教青局副局長黃嘉祺於培訓結業式上感謝企業推薦優秀青年員工參加計劃，雙方共同推動本澳青年專業發展，也勉勵學員積極裝備自己、發揮自己的專業優勢、助力澳門融入國家發展大局。澳大副校長徐建博士則表示會全力支持本地青年培訓，並鼓勵學員持續學習，把所學的知識回饋給國家、社會。
學員完成第一階段國情區情培訓後，將由參與企業安排前往粵港澳大灣區（包括橫琴粵澳深度合作區）等不同地區或其他國家跟崗學習，獲得專業提昇和實踐的機會。教青局將繼續開展2023-2024“澳門青年專業發展計劃”的其他活動，澳大持續進修中心期望未來持續與各企業攜手合作，為在職青年提供專業發展計劃及培訓，合力為社會培育有理想、有能力、有擔當、立足澳門、心繫祖國、放眼世界的青年人才。
CCE, BRTC and DSEDJ jointly organized the National and Regional Training under Macao Youth Professional Development Programme – Enhancement of Comprehensive of Management of Excellence Youth in Local Enterprises
In order to gather the strength between enterprises in Macao and mainland institutions, create an atmosphere to jointly promote the professional development of the youth, provide opportunities for professional growth for the Macao youth, and actively help young people integrate into the overall development of the country, the DSEDJ continues to carry out the Macao Youth Professional Development Programme. Ten companies were invited to participate in the programme this year, and 30 outstanding young employees in Macao were selected and recommended by the companies to participate.
The Macao Youth Professional Development Programme has 3 phases, which includes National and Regional Training, on-the-job learning as well as advanced training and field trips to Mainland. The first phase has been carried out and it is in a full-time manner and jointly organized by the DSEDJ, CCE, and BRTC of the FBA. The training content includes The role and positioning of Macao in Sino-Portuguese relations, The relationship between the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone and the moderate diversification of Macao’s economy, “1+4” development and view, Big Data and Management, Crisis Management and Media Public Relations Response, Comparison of Traditional and Emerging Industries in Macao and Macao’s Positioning in the Greater Bay Area – Integration and Development and visiting to SKL-IOTSC, ZUMRI and Digifluidic Bio-tech Co., Ltd. in Hengqin.
The opening ceremony was officiated by Mr. Wong, Deputy Director of the DSEDJ, Dr. Xu, Vice Rector of UM, and Professor Matthew Liu, Director of the CCE and Director of the BRTC of the Faculty of Business Administration. Mr. Wong encouraged the trainees to continue to work hard, to display their talents on the broad stage of life in the future, and to become a construction force for the country and society. Dr. Xu said that UM will fully support the training of local youths, and encourages the trainees to continue their studies and give back their knowledge to the country and society.
After trainees complete the first phase of national and regional training, the invited companies will arrange trainees to different regions or other countries such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (including the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone) to have on-the-job training in order to gain opportunities for professional improvement and practice. The DSEDJ will continue to carry out other activities of the 2023-2024 Macao Youth Professional Development Programme. CCE is continuing to cooperate with various companies in the future, to provide professional development programmes and trainings for working young people, and we strive to cultivate a generation of talented and responsible young individuals who posses ideals, capabilities, and responsible, rooted in Macao, connected to the motherland, and globally minded.
