隨著大專學生出國升學或交流的機會增加，在海外遇到的安全風險也隨之而提高，常見的風險包括：證件遺失、遇上交通事故、出入境受阻、所在地局勢動盪及意外災害等；為了讓學生瞭解出外時的注意事項，以及在海外遇到困難或意外時的求助方法等資訊，學生事務部特邀中華人民共和國外交部駐澳門特別行政區特派員公署和澳門身份證明局共同舉辦這次講座，講座內容詳情如下:

As the opportunities for college students to study abroad or exchange have increased, the security risks encountered overseas have also increased.
