The Quality Management System (QMS) Workgroup successfully conducted the User Satisfaction Survey 2023 in January 2024.
After analyzing and consolidating the information collected from the aforementioned survey, the QMS Workgroup has prepared a summary report which is now uploaded onto the UM Website (Quality Management Page) for your perusal.
