批量郵件是一封同時發送給大量收件人的電子郵件。 它用於推廣業務、提供新聞、更新消息和與客戶或目標人群建立關係。


  1. 獲得收件人同意:
  2. o 在發送之前,從收件人那裡獲得明確的同意。

  1. 準確的收件人電郵地址:
  2. o 透過定期驗證和更新收件人電郵地址,減少錯誤和無法投遞的郵件。

  1. 提供取消訂閱的選項:
  2. o 提供明確的方式,讓收件人取消訂閱不想接收的郵件。

  1. 撰寫清晰的訊息:
      o 使用清晰的主題和標題進行溝通。
      o 讓訊息與您的品牌或網站保持一致,避免欺騙性內容。
  1. 個人化:
  2. o 在可能的情況下,透過包含收件人的姓名或其他相關細節,個人化您的批量郵件。這可使您的郵件更具針對性和相關性,增加收件人的參與度。

  1. 一致性和適當的頻率:
      o 建立一致的郵件發送時間表。 避免過度發送郵件,以免導致收件人取消訂閱或將其標記為垃圾郵件。

What are Bulk Emails?

A bulk email is an email that is sent to a large group of recipients at once. It aims to promote a business, newsletters, updates, and develop relationships.

What is bulk email best practices?

  1. Obtain Recipients’ Consent:
  2. o Obtain clear consent from recipients before sending.

  1. Accurate Addressing:
  2. o Maintain a clean and up-to-date mailing list by regularly verifying and updating addresses to minimize errors and undeliverable mail.

  1. Unsubscribe Option:
  2. o Provide a clear way for recipients to unsubscribe from unwanted emails.

  1. Compose a Clear Message:
      o Use clear subjects and headlines to communicate.
      o Align message with your brand or website and avoid deceptive content.
  1. Personalization:
  2. o Whenever possible, personalize your bulk mail messages by including recipients’ names or other relevant details. Personalization can increase engagement and make your emails feel more tailored and relevant.

  1. Consistency and Frequency:
      o Establish a consistent schedule for sending bulk mail. Avoid bombarding recipients with excessive emails, as this may cause them to unsubscribe or being marked as spam.
