Sports : Beach Court near W32 and Archery Range near Cotton Tree Circle — On-line Booking Arrangement (Date : from 2 March 2023 onwards)

體育：鄰近W32的沙灘運動場及鄰近木棉街的射箭場網上預約安排 (日期：2023年3月2日起)

各位同學及同事：

由2023年3月2日（星期四）開始，各位可以透過「體育設施網上預約系統」預約(未來7天)及繳付使用沙灘運動場及射箭場費用。每日的開放時間為08:00至22:00。

  • 射箭場預約指引

    使用個人預約系統預約前，必須預早向體育事務部遞交申請方能進行預約，有關手續的詳情，請見如下：

    1.  首次申請者，需先向體育事務部遞交「電子申請表格 」(申請者需持有及上載有效的射箭教練證書)
    (持有效澳大體育設施使用卡人士，可以此「電子申請表格」申請)

    2. 收到體育事務部確認電郵後，才能登入「體育設施網上預約系統」預約使用射箭場：

Dear students and colleagues,

On-line booking and payment for using Beach Court (near W32) and Archery Range (near Cotton Tree Circle) can be made via the “Sports Facilities Booking System ” with effect from 2 March 2023. The daily opening hours are from 08:00 to 22:00.

  • Archery Range Booking Procedure

    1.  An applicant should submit a completed “e-form ” for the first time (the applicant needs to process a valid Archery Instructor Certificate and upload it to the e-form)   ;
    (For UM Sports Facilities Card Holders, please use this “e-form“)

    2.  After receiving a confirmation email from the office, bookings could be made via the “Sports Facilities Booking System “

3. Booking via the on-line booking system may only be made based on the validity period of the confirmed “Archery Instructor Certificate”
