This course creates a platform for the trainer and related colleagues for discussing and working out the procurement process and contracts, requirements of procurement documents, sharing of government procurement experiences, etc.

The course will focus on assignment, case study, analysis and discussions as well as lecture.

  9. 9. 探討政府採購法定的採購方式
  10. 闡釋向外採購的條件
  11. 討論在政府採購中“合同之形成”的概念
  12. 論述投標人的資格
  13. 剖析採購過程的法律規範及詳述其實施過程
  14. 討論編製判給建議書的必要考慮因素
  15. 討論政府採購合同
  16. 瞭解政府採購監察制度及救濟方式
  17. 在政府採購中的特別制度
