The Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Macau held the inaugural meeting of the FBA Advisory Board 2024-2025
The Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at the University of Macau successfully convened the inaugural meeting of the FBA Advisory Board 2024-2025 on 07/06/2024. This meeting marked a momentous step in and underscored the Faculty’s commitment to improvement.
The FBA Advisory Board is composed of a list of distinguished academic and professional leaders. Their collective wisdom and expertise undoubtedly empower the Faculty to chart a course to solidify its position as a leading business school on the international stage.
The FBA Advisory Board members in attendance of the meeting included Dr. Carlos Cid ÁLVARES (CEO, Banco Nacional Ultramarino), Ms. Linda CHEN (President, Vice Chairman and Executive Director, Wynn Macau, Ltd.), Prof. Songxi CHEN (Chair Professor, Peking University), Prof. Arnoud DE MEYER (Professor Emeritus of Operations Management, Singapore Management University), Mr. Ian HUEN (Founder, CEO and Executive Director, Aptorum Group Limited), Prof. Albert IP (Chairman of HKUST Foundation, Senior Advisor to the President, Special Advisor to the Dean of Business and Management, Adjunct Professor and Chairman of Career Development Advisory Council of School of Business and Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), Ms. Christina SO (Head, Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area Lead, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), and Prof. Bing XIANG (Founding Dean and Dean’s Distinguished Chair Professor of China Business and Globalization, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business), along with the FBA management team.
The meeting commenced with an introduction of the new Advisory Board composition and presentation of the Faculty’s achievements and recent developments since 2022 by Prof. Jun YU, Chair of the FBA Advisory Board and Dean of FBA. The revered board members then shared their invaluable strategic insights and recommendations, providing a roadmap to further refine FBA’s future plans across crucial domains such as teaching, research, staff development, external relations, and social service.
With the guidance and expertise of this illustrious Advisory Board, the Faculty is poised to soar to new heights, solidifying its position as a beacon of excellence in the world of business education.

澳門大學工商管理學院於2024年6月7日成功召開了2024年至2025年學院顧問委員會首次會議。是次會議標誌著學院向前邁進重要一步，並強調了學院持續完善的承諾。
工商管理學院顧問委員會由一系列傑出知名學者和專業領導組成。他們的集體智慧和專業知識無疑將有助學院制定規劃，鞏固其作為全球領先商學院的地位。
出席會議的工商管理學院顧問委員會成員包括歐偉時博士（大西洋銀行行政總裁）、陳志玲女士（永利澳門有限公司總裁、董事會副主席兼執行董事）、陳松蹊教授（北京大學講席教授）、Arnoud DE MEYER教授（新加坡管理大學運營管理學榮休教授）、禤駿遠先生（知臨集團創始人、行政總裁及執行董事）、葉毓強教授（香港科技大學基金主席、校長資深顧問、工商管理學院院長特別顧問、特約教授和工商管理學院職業發展顧問委員會主席）、蘇可茵女士（英國特許公認會計師公會香港及大灣區事務總監），以及項兵教授（長江商學院創辦院長、中國商業管理及全球化傑出院長講席教授）。工商管理學院管理團隊亦作為學院代表參與是次會議。
會議首先由工商管理學院顧問委員會主席暨工商管理學院院長余俊教授介紹新的學院顧問委員會組成，以及展示學院自2022年以來的卓越成就和最新發展。隨後，各委員會成員就進一步完善學院在教學、研究、員工發展、對外關係與社會服務等關鍵領域的未來規劃，分享他們寶貴的見解和建議。
在學院顧問委員會的指導和專業知識的幫助下，學院將飆升至新的高度，穩固其作為商業教育領域卓越指標的地位。
