Tips for an online video interview

線上視像面試小貼士

When on-site interviews are not feasible, employers will use online interviews to evaluate job seekers. Is there anything that we need to be aware of?

• Make sure your internet connection is stable；
• Choose a quiet environment for the interview, and make sure that the objects and background shown in your camera are tidy and clean；
• Dress formally and take care of your appearance；
• Notify your family member if you plan to do the online interview at home to avoid disruptions;
• Just like on-site interviews, be aware of your body language.

當無法進行現場面試時，僱主會以視像面試來考核求職者，那麼有哪些地方需要注意的呢？

• 確保網絡連接穩定；
• 選擇安靜的環境進行面試，並確保鏡頭顯示的物品和背景整齊及整潔；
• 穿上正裝，注意儀容；
