各位同學及同事們：
茲通知於2024年8月中旬至10月下旬，S3研究生宿舍南三座將進行外牆油漆翻新工程。施工期間有部分出入口會封閉，請按照指示進出宿舍；同時會產生噪音、灰塵和異味，且工程區域將會搭建棚架，建議各學生房間於施工期間關閉面向棚架的窗戶，以保障安全。工程位置圖請參閱附件。
如有垂詢，請聯絡本處孔先生（電話：8822 8566）或物業管理公司（電話：8822 2518）查詢，如非辦公時間內遇到緊急事故，請即致電保安中心（電話：8822 4000）。

Dear Students and Colleagues,
Please note that the Paint Refurbishment Works of S3 Postgraduate House Exterior Walls will be conducted from Mid-August to Late-October 2024. During the working period, some entrances will be closed, please use the entrance according to the sign; noise, dust and odor will also be generated. Since scaffolding platform will be erected at relevant area, therefore, it is recommended to close the window of the units facing the scaffolding platform to protect your safety during the working period. Please refer to the attached work location plan for your information.
