How to Make a Reservation at UM Guest House (UM Staff)
如何預訂聚賢樓 (澳大教職員)
各位同事：
現在澳大屬下單位和教職員均可直接在網上申請預訂聚賢樓的客房，以供大學訪客之用。
申請者須填寫訪客入住的理由，如參與大學活動、參觀交流等。而教職員因學術、研究或特殊需要亦可申請入住。
申請者於登錄後填寫聚賢樓的網上預訂表格，即可直接預訂客房。申請者在確認訪客入住相關資料無誤後提交申請，學生資源處處理後將發出郵件以確認預訂。

Dear Colleagues,
UM units and staff can apply directly online to make room reservations for University visitors of UM Guest House.
Applicants are required to fill in the purpose of visit, e.g. to participating in University activity, visitation and exchange, etc. Staff may also apply for accommodation for academic, research or special needs.
Applicants will be able to make room reservations directly by completing the online reservation form after logging in. After confirming the guest’s related information, the Student Resources Section will send an email to confirm the reservation.

Remarks:
1. The special nightly rates are applicable to the stay period from 21 June 2024 until 31 October 2024;
2. The special nightly rates will automatically be applied to guests under the long stay package for the stay period from 21 June 2024 until 31 October 2024.
