於此工作坊,導師將帶領學員練習呼吸、拉伸運動及結構調整。這些練習有助於達至身心健康、幫助睡眠、改善過敏、放鬆心情。 於此工作坊內的練習包括:
除練習外,導師亦會作出相關的書本推薦及內容分享。 In this workshop, the trainer will lead participants in breathing exercises and body structure realignments to achieve body and mindful wellness. These exercises can also improve sleep quality, alleviate allergy and maintain a calm mood. Exercises that are included in the workshop:
Other than exercises, trainer will also give sharing on recommended books of this topic. |
