On the morning of October 19, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:00, participants gathered at Seac Pai Van Park to take part in the activity. The activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of biodiversity and their sense of responsibility towards environmental protection through field visits and interactive experiences.

On the day of the event, we visited the Pavilion of Rare Animals, the Macao Giant Panda Pavilion, and the South China Medicinal Plants Garden in succession. At the Pavilion of Rare Animals, we observed various rare animals up close, and their conservation status sparked deep thoughts on wildlife protection. Next, we moved to the Macao Giant Panda Pavilion, where not only were we able to see the daily life of giant pandas, but we also gained a deeper understanding of their biological characteristics and the importance of conservation efforts through educational displays and interactive devices. This visit not only allowed participants to relax in the natural beauty but also gave everyone a more profound understanding of ecological protection and sustainable development. After the event, participants generally reflected that the activity not only increased their knowledge of the natural world but also inspired their enthusiasm for participating in environmental protection.
