We are pleased to inform you that a Mathematics, Society and Education Lecture Series: “Debates about the Universalism of Mathematics – Local Origins, Global Spread, Ethnomathematics, Colonialism Claims” will be co-organized by the Faculty of Education, University of Macau Library and Faculty of Science and Technology the University of Macau on 10 December 2024 (Tuesday). Prof. Gert Felix SCHUBRING, Visiting Professor at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is invited to be the speaker of the lecture.
